EU Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (for example, by email - hello@le-comeback.co.uk). You may use the contact form provided below, but it is not obligatory.

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Items must be returned in a condition consistent with handling necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond this may result in a deduction from the refund.
