Certificate of Authenticity

We use a fully tracked and insured service which in most circumstances will arrive within 24 hours of dispatch (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We aim to ship orders within 48 hours of receiving payment. Please note: if you have purchased a Certificate of Authenticity with your item(s), it will be an additional 48 hours before your order is dispatched. Details on how to track your order will be provided in your Shipping Confirmation email.

Currently we are unable to ship outside of the UK.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any of the items on our site. All pieces are sold as seen so please read the individual product descriptions for details of any flaws before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding an item, or would like to request additional images, please contact hello@le-comeback.co.uk. 

If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. After this time we may not be able to assist. 

All of our items are authenticated in-house, however, for that added peace of mind you can purchase a certificate of authentication with your designer item which will be emailed to you in pdf format for download. This option will add 48 hours on to the turnaround time for your order.
